Sunset owns 4 of our own Atrium lifts which allow us to price your jobs more competitively as we do not always need to factor in the cost of renting a lift for access. We also make 2 of these lifts available to our customers on Daily, Weekly, or Monthly rentals. Please contact our office for rental rates or for more information.

To ensure that we can meet your schedule, please be aware that we schedule the lifts on a first come first served basis, and a signed contract is necessary to schedule a rental and to reserve your first choice of dates. We shall need your firm to provide the following:

1. A signed rental agreement.

2. Proof of liability insurance and workmen's compensation coverage for the employees that will be working on the lift.

3. Proof of insurance coverage for contractor's equipment (leased or rented) naming Sunset Building Services, as additional insured and loss payee in regards to the Denka Atrium lift equipment. Denka value $ 100,000 / Falcon Reachmaster Value $200,000.

4. Please be aware that OSHA requires a full-body harness (with a lanyard attached to the designated area on the platform) to be worn at all times by all operators. Insurance regulations require that you provide this equipment at the time of delivery. If you have trouble purchasing this safety equipment, please contact us so we can help before it becomes a hurdle.
